Creative Sequencing
Connect with your creativity to design yoga sequences that are accessible, inclusive and responsive
14 Nov 2026 & 16 Jan 2027
5.30-8.45pm BST
Creative Sequencing is a short course that invites you to connect with your own inner creativity and design yoga sequences that are accessible, inclusive and supportive. Through Jonelle Lewis’s Krama Toolkit, you will explore how yogic and other wisdom-based traditions can inform thoughtful, responsive and embodied sequencing.
We are a community-led school. Income from our short courses helps us sustain our work and fund scholarships that increase access for Black, Brown and Global Majority folks, queer, trans and non-binary communities, and people with disabilities. By joining this course, you directly support this mission and help keep the work we do alive and accessible.

This course is for teachers and practitioners who want to be in co-creative and compassionate community, and explore the unlimited possibilities of their practice.
Creative Sequencing invites you to move beyond fixed templates and prescribed formulas. It is an invitation to listen to the body, work with intention and design practices that are responsive to the people in the room.
You will explore how to sequence with awareness of target areas, fascia, cakras and meridians, while drawing on techniques from yogic and other wisdom-based traditions. Practice time will include prāṇāyāma, mantrā, mudrā, āsana, movement and meditation.
The course also creates space for the Āsana Lab: a collaborative environment where you can share ideas, discuss challenges and create sequences together. This is a space for curiosity, experimentation and compassionate feedback.
