Lead Trainer Kallie Schut

Kallie Schut (E-RYT 500) is a yoga and dharmic traditions culture advocate and educator and a lifelong social justice and antiracist activist. As a former criminal/family lawyer currently working to protect vulnerable children, she has always advocated for those without a voice or presence in places of power and privilege. Kallie is a yoga teacher descended from Sansi peoples of India and practices intentional hatha, yin, yoga nidra, and meditation. She is the founder of Rebel Yoga Tribe YouTube channel and the Radical Yogi Book Club.

Lead Trainer Stacie CC Graham

Dr. Stacie CC Graham (E-RYT 500) is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, and qualified life coach. She is the author of Yoga as Resistance: Equity and Inclusion On and Off the Mat. Stacie has an MS in economics and a doctorate in psychology with a focus in human motivation and leadership. She is the founder of OYA: Body-Mind-Spirit Retreats—the first holistic wellness retreats brand in the UK that specifically serves Black women and women of color.

Lead Trainer Jonelle Lewis

Jonelle Lewis (E-RYT 500) is a yoga teacher, practitioner, mentor, and trainer with a degree in Political Science from Howard University. She practices yoga as part of her path to awakening and liberation. She teaches yoga as an anti-oppression and social justice practice. Jonelle is also part of the movement to make yoga and wellness equitable, accessible, and antiracist. She believes, "Yoga is for EVERYBODY.

  • Costs

    The training costs GBP £3,750. That fee is reduced to GBP £3,000 if paid in full by June 30th 2024. Payment plans are available. A limited number of scholarships are available to BIPOC-identified people who apply by June 30th 2024.

  • Where

    The majority of the training will take place online via Zoom. There will be a 7-day residential in May 2025 that will take place in person in Mallorca, Spain.

This mini-course offers an overview of the path to a decolonized yoga teaching practice. Using the five principles of the Darshan Teaching Methodology, this course is a guide for antiracist and pro-unity teaching environments. This course is for you if you are ready to embark on your journey of radical vision! It is eligible for continued education hours through Yoga Alliance.
